For two years now, in Spring & Summer, I keep a Free Flower Stand in front of my home in an urban neighborhood in Tacoma, WA. Many flowers grow in the back patio area that is fenced and not visible by a passerby. I decided to bring flowers out front to share with anyone who wants to pick one and bring it home or give to a loved one. Folks love choosing a flower as they pass. Children are so excited about the flowers and have a hard time deciding which one they want to take.
This has been so much fun.
