A gale wind took out three trees on a rock outcropping at the top of a long meadow in a setting of homes. The resulting hole was filled in with top soil and I ordered a special blend of Eden wildflowers suitable for the Northeast and for drought. The patch is on its own but is slowly showing off the tiny flowers of each specie. Soon my painted sign will designate the location which I hope the community will enjoy from their back yards.
