I had a patch of grass that at one point was covered in compost that I used in my raised beds and for my fruit tree lines. Right after the cold snap, I purchased a bag of Florida Wildflower seed mix on the recommendation of my buddy Patrick Lang. So I sprayed a pound bag down and watered heavy. Now I have a vibrant wildflower patch, which I just extended last weekend. Already seeing new sprouts!
